KOWIN Pacific LA는 역경을 넘어 대학에서 자신의 꿈을 향해 나아가는 여학생들을 응원합니다. 이번 장학금은 어려운 환경 속에서도 학업을 이어가며 미래의 리더로 성장하고자 하는 학생들에게 실질적인 격려와 기회를 전하기 위해 마련되었습니다.
KOWIN Pacific LA supports women students who have overcome adversity and are continuing their education with purpose. This scholarship honors students who are building their future through college study despite family, financial, or personal hardship.

본 장학금은 어려운 가정 환경이나 재정적 어려움을 극복하고 대학에 진학하여 자신의 꿈을 이루어가고 있는 여대생을 대상으로 합니다.
- 현재 대학 또는 이에 준하는 고등교육기관에 재학 중이거나 입학 예정인 여학생
- 부모의 부재 또는 사별, 한부모 가정, 보호자의 제한적인 지원, 갑작스러운 가정 위기, 저소득 또는 기타 재정적 어려움을 경험한 학생
- 그 어려움 속에서도 학업을 지속하며 진로 목표와 봉사, 리더십, 공동체 기여 의지를 보여주는 학생
- 개인 에세이와 추천서, 필요 시 관련 증빙을 통해 자신의 상황과 목표를 성실히 설명할 수 있는 학생
English Guidance
This scholarship is intended for women college students who have entered or continued higher education while overcoming family or financial hardship.
- A woman student currently enrolled in, or accepted to, a college, university, or comparable higher education program
- An applicant who has experienced adversity such as the loss or absence of a parent, a single-parent household, limited guardian support, a serious family crisis, low-income circumstances, or other documented financial hardship
- A student who continues to pursue academic goals and demonstrates resilience, leadership potential, service, and commitment to community
- An applicant able to explain her circumstances and goals through a personal statement, recommendation, and supporting documents when available
