The event was held at the Changwon Convention Center and Grand Mercure Ambassador Changwon for three days from August 27 (Wed) to August 29 (Fri), 2025, and a pre-event for overseas participants was held on August 26 (Tuesday). A total of 500 people participated, and it was operated as an opportunity to look back on 25 years of achievements and discuss future vision and directions for cooperation under the theme “25 years of KOWIN, toward greater hope and change.”
